Macro wide open with Sigma 28mm F1.8

Testing my new lens 28mm F1.8 Cityscape

Today I played a bit with my new purchased lens from SIGMA 28mm F1.8 EX Macro.
I'm amazed by how well this lens performs, it's extremely sharp wide open at 1.8 I can manage easily sharp images straight  from camera with no added sharpness in post production.
I have read some reviews about this lens that it's focus is bad in low light, it's slow, it's not sharp and for me all does words turned out to not be true because my god  I love this lens. Focus is perfectly aligned I have no back or front focus and wide open I get exactly what I want from it.

Portrait of my Mom

Took I think more then 50 frames of my Mom in order to find something more interesting and expresive.
She is quite stressed in front of camera, so it was a bit hard for me to find the right expression and i wanted to steal a smile from her and I think this one turned out quite well.

She's not a model, but I think she can be one :)
